Hola a todos! (Hello everyone!)

Last week my cute companion got hit HARD with a cold, which isn’t easy for her because of other health issues, so we spent a lot of it in the house or doing work online. It makes me laugh looking back to last week because I definitely went a little crazy from being inside so much. But I do think it was good for us, we got a lot of organizing done for our work.

Madeline Will Be On Social Media, But There Is a Catch

In Madeline’s new mission, they are testing some new ways to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Soon she will have a smartphone and will be using social media.  This doesn’t mean that she can take calls or texts or interact the way she will when she is done with her mission.  Madeline is dedicated completely to sharing the Gospel and leaving other things behind until her time as a missionary is done.

This leads to some important guidelines for interacting with Madeline if you see her in different online forums.  Below is the letter we received from the mission president.  They also posted this online, so it is okay to post here.

Information and Pictures from Sister Smart (of Puerto Rico Mission)

Alicia found information from Sister Smart (wife of President Smart of the Puerto Rico mission) on Facebook and Instagram along with some pictures (Madeline is in all of them) from just after Hurricane Maria. It is great to see how the Lord works and how much love there is for the people and missionaries.
