Hola a todos <Hello everyone>!

This week I actually felt like a real missionary.  We feel like we’ve learned our new area pretty well for only having two-ish weeks under our belts. We’ve learned to enjoy the little things and to really just try to be our best selves. Our adventures have been so crazy lately, de verdad <for real>.  I feel like I could just write a book about the crazy things that happen, but we don’t have time for that as missionaries, so my companions just end up writing quotes on the door. This is a select few that have very funny, very long stories behind them.

Transfer #1

Madeline has been transferred!  This is a normal process in missions.  Every six weeks, the mission president prayerfully considers where every missionary is placed and seeks the Lord’s will about where they should be.  When they feel prompted by the Spirit, he makes changes to get the missionary where the Lord wants them to be.  This transfer, the Lord wants Madeline to go to a new area and have a new companion.

Dumplings in Puertorro

Hola a todos!

Bendito nenes, time flies huh? I feel like I just started this transfer, I just arrived here in Puertorro and ya estamos aqui <we are already here>. Starting my fourth transfer in PR, with some exciting changes and crazy news about transfers. To keep you in suspense, I won’t write my new area or my new companion’s name until the end of my letter. I know, how exciting!
