Hola a todos!

Busy week here in Carolina, PR, full of a lot of contacting. Wow, pero wow. We’re trying to find a lot of new investigators right now. We’ve got lots of hope and hard work going on. We have a lot of members helping us out with little things but we’re still struggling to get member presents. We hope by buttering them up with lots of homemade cookies we might be able to get some member presents this week.

[Note from Madeline’s father: I’m not sure if Madeline meant to use the word “present” or “participation.”  As English gets harder for her, we may have to clarify the following week.  When I get a clarification, I’ll remove this note.]

We’re working towards a few baptisms this month, but like always there are bumps. Some big and some small, but it’s ok – we’re still going on.

I hope my parents put up a photo or a video from yesterday cause you guys got to see my face for a whole hour and then some. Sorry about the rambling and awkward Spanish/English struggles. Here’s some cute photos for you guys:

[Note from Madeline’s father: A link to the video of our hour-long conversation on Mother’s Day is in the Family Updates section.]

We take bad pictures and sing off pitch, but we’re still cute.

🙂

Hna Antonio, everybody.

your scripture this week. 🙂

Isaiah 12:2, 5-6

2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and be not afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.
